Cancelation terms (in accordance with. AGBH, in 2006)

At the latest 6 months before the agreed arrival day the reservation can be dissolved without payment of a cancelation fee. Beyond this period a partial or total cancellation is possible only under payment of the following cancelation fees:

• from 6 to 2 months before the arrival day 40% of the whole arrangement price
• from 2 to 1 month before the arrival day 60% of the whole arrangement price
• 1 month till 2 weeks before the arrival day 70% of the whole arrangement price
• 2 weeks up to the arrival day 90% of the whole arrangement price

In addition, are valid the Austrian hotel conditions of the contract. To protect itself against cancelation costs, we lay to you the end of a holiday assurance to the heart, because certainly is sure!
